Moned Trust Center
The right route protects the people and the issue.
Product bugs, conduct reports, transaction issues, privacy requests, security disclosures, and appeals need different information, access, and ownership.
Choose the route
Start with the kind of concern.
Separate routes reduce unnecessary data collection and help keep sensitive reports with the roles responsible for handling them.
Product problem
Bugs and unexpected product behavior
Describe what you expected, what happened, and the steps that reproduce the issue.
02Conduct report
Abuse, misconduct, unsafe content, or an expert
Privately report behavior, content, credentials, or marketplace participation that may violate standards.
03Booking or payment issue
An owned transaction
Signed-in users can connect a concern to a booking or payment they own.
04Privacy request
Rights, data use, or a privacy concern
Submit the request first; any necessary identity confirmation happens through the follow-up process.
05Security disclosure
A vulnerability in Moned
Use the dedicated responsible-disclosure route and avoid credentials, unnecessary personal data, and destructive testing.
06Appeal a decision
An eligible governed decision
An affected signed-in user can identify the decision and explain why it should be reviewed.
Private by design
A reference, not a public post.
An accepted submission receives a non-sequential reference. Reports, reporter identity, submitted evidence, security details, and internal notes are not public profile or marketplace content.
Access depends on the concern and the authorized role handling it. Ordinary notifications should not include report bodies or private evidence.
Moned does not publish a guaranteed response time or outcome that the operation cannot support.
Eligible decisions
An appeal asks for governed review.
Appeals are for affected people and eligible decision records. They are not a public argument, and they do not guarantee that a decision will change.
- 01
Identify the decision
The affected signed-in person provides the governed decision reference and the reason they believe review is warranted. - 02
Confirm eligibility and ownership
The appeal route verifies that the requester is connected to the decision and that the decision is eligible for this review path. - 03
Review the relevant record
An authorized reviewer considers the decision record, the appeal explanation, and information that can be lawfully and responsibly reviewed. - 04
Record the outcome
The result and reason are recorded through the governed workflow. Where possible, high-risk appeals are separated from the original reviewer.
Before submitting
Share what is needed. Leave out what is not.
Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, credentials, or unrelated personal data. Security researchers should follow the instructions on the security disclosure page.
