Truthful use

Do not impersonate others, misrepresent credentials or experience, manipulate reviews, or submit information you know is false.

Safety and respect

Do not use moned for harassment, threats, discrimination, exploitation, fraud, or unlawful activity.

Service boundaries

Do not present educational or lived-experience guidance as regulated professional advice, promise an outcome, or present guidance as an official government or regulatory decision. Providers must stay within reviewed capabilities and published scope and must not offer a regulated, clinical, fiduciary, legal, tax-return, financial, immigration-representation, or other restricted service through a corridor where it has not been expressly approved.

Transaction and tax integrity

Do not falsify residence, establishment, performance location, business status, tax identifiers, eligibility evidence, invoice facts, refund grounds, or reporting information. Do not split, reroute, or mislabel a transaction to evade a restriction, tax, withholding, reporting duty, or payout review.

Platform integrity

Do not probe, disrupt, scrape, automate abuse, bypass access controls, or move governed transactions outside moned to evade safeguards. Good-faith security research belongs in the security disclosure process.

Review and action

moned may investigate apparent violations and apply proportionate action through governed processes. Eligible decisions may be appealed.
