2. Safety and respect
Do not use Moned for harassment, threats, discrimination, exploitation, fraud, or unlawful activity.
3. Service boundaries
Do not present educational or lived-experience guidance as regulated professional advice. Providers must stay within reviewed capabilities.
4. Platform integrity
Do not probe, disrupt, scrape, automate abuse, bypass access controls, or move governed transactions outside Moned to evade safeguards. Good-faith security research belongs in the security disclosure process.
5. Review and action
Moned may investigate apparent violations and apply proportionate action through governed processes. Eligible decisions may be appealed.
