A marketplace for trustworthy human guidance about life abroad.

moned connects people building a life abroad with Professionals, Content Creators and Guides.

It brings reviewed public profiles, services, discovery and the enabled parts of booking, payment, sessions, communication, reviews and follow-up into one governed marketplace.

Which type of expert should I choose?

Choose the provider category that matches the kind of guidance you need.

Professionals are the relevant path for reviewed professional capabilities and regulated guidance where approved.
Content Creators share focused educational knowledge and subject experience.
Guides share practical, contextual knowledge grounded in lived or local experience.

Review the provider category, public review label and service scope together. A Guide or Content Creator should not be treated as a substitute for a regulated professional when professional advice is required.

How does AI-assisted search work?

AI can structure a search, while people and governed records remain authoritative.

When enabled, moned can turn a free-form need into bounded search criteria and use governed public profile data to help narrow discovery.

AI-assisted search is not professional advice and does not make verification, pricing, payment, enforcement or appeal decisions. Deterministic search remains available when AI assistance is unavailable.

What should I do if no relevant expert appears?

Refine the request or use manual discovery without assuming a match exists.

Try a broader need, country or language, or switch to manual search. You can also search for a known expert by name.

moned does not invent eligible profiles or guarantee that a suitable expert is available. If the right provider is not present, you can submit a request describing the gap.

Accounts

Do I need an account to use moned?

Public guidance can be explored without an account, while protected actions require sign-in.

You can read public pages, search published profiles and review public service information without signing in.

An account is required for protected actions such as managing bookings, viewing private request history or using request types tied to an affected account or owned booking.

How do I sign in, verify my email, or reset my password?

Use the dedicated account-access route for the step that is blocking you.

Use Log in when you already have access to your account.
Request a new verification message if your email has not been verified.
Use Forgot password to request a new password-reset link.

Do not send a password, verification code or reset link through a support request.

Recover account access

How can I manage or delete my account?

Account security contains password, verification and governed deletion controls.

Signed-in users can manage security settings and request account deletion from Account security. The deletion flow may require a current password and two-factor verification.

Scheduling account deletion does not remove records that moned must retain for an active booking, payment, invoice, legal hold or applicable statutory requirement.

How do I submit or track a request?

All support and reporting paths begin in one guided request flow.

Choose the request type that best matches the issue. moned asks only for the information that branch needs and returns a safe, non-sequential reference after submission.

Signed-in users can view their own requests under Account support. Anonymous submissions do not create an enumerable public case page; follow-up uses the submitted contact route where applicable.

Bookings and payments

How are prices set?

moned's server determines the authoritative initial price.

Applicable deterministic factors can include provider type, reviewed level, country group and session duration.

Experts can request an exception. A requested amount does not become public until an authorized reviewer approves it.

How do booking and availability work?

Availability and the governed booking record control an enabled session.

When public booking is enabled, select an available time from the expert's reviewed service. Availability may change until a booking is confirmed.

The booking record owns payment state, session access and follow-up. If booking is disabled for a service or rollout, moned does not present checkout as available.

Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?

The booking's current policy and allowed actions determine what is available.

Open the booking to see whether rescheduling or cancellation is currently available and whether a cutoff applies. When allowed, moned asks for the required reason or replacement time before confirming the change.

If the action is unavailable or requires support, the booking view explains the current boundary and provides the appropriate request route.

How do video sessions and summaries work?

Video access and consented audio-derived artifacts remain attached to the session.

Camera video is not described as recorded by default. Microphone audio may be transcribed only after the required participant consent in enabled workflows.

Shared summaries are AI-assisted artifacts for continuity. They are not a complete transcript, professional document or substitute for the conversation.

How do payments and refunds work?

Transaction state comes from the governed booking and payment records.

When payments are enabled, the exact price and payment state are shown before commitment and in the booking record.

Refund eligibility and outcome depend on the transaction, booking state, applicable terms and mandatory rights. moned does not promise an automatic refund for every request.

Where can I find invoices, receipts, and credit notes?

Available transaction documents are connected to the relevant account and payment record.

Signed-in users can review available billing and transaction records from their account. The document shown depends on the transaction role, status and supported payment corridor.

A receipt confirms payment activity; an invoice or credit note has a different accounting purpose. Document availability should not be inferred before a paid corridor is enabled.

Three provider categories offer different kinds of reviewed guidance.

Professionals may offer reviewed professional capabilities. Content Creators offer focused educational knowledge. Guides offer practical context grounded in lived or local experience.

The categories are not interchangeable, and not every provider offers regulated advice.

What do review labels mean?

Credential reviewed, Profile reviewed and Experience reviewed have distinct meanings.

Credential reviewed applies to relevant professional evidence and approved capability scope.
Profile reviewed applies to Content Creator profile ownership and focused subject evidence.
Experience reviewed applies to relevant lived-experience evidence.

The labels do not guarantee an outcome. Government identity checks are not performed by default.

How do I become an expert?

moned reviews professional credentials, creator profile evidence or lived-experience evidence as appropriate to the selected provider category.

Approval depends on the submitted evidence and the scope being requested. Applying does not guarantee publication or capability approval.

What can experts manage in their workspace?

The workspace supports the governed operations available to an approved expert.

Depending on role and rollout state, an approved expert can manage their public profile, reviewed services, availability, booking requests, sessions, communication, earnings, reviews and operational insights.

Publication, capability scope, price exceptions and other governed actions remain subject to the relevant review and authorization rules.

Privacy and safety

How is privacy handled in search and summaries?

Search retention and session consent depend on the surface used.

AI-assisted discovery uses bounded context and governed marketplace facts. Retention differs between anonymous and signed-in use and is described in the Privacy Policy and AI Policy.

Session transcription and summaries are conditional features tied to the required consent state. Do not include credentials or unnecessary sensitive information in search or support forms.

How does moned use my Google Calendar data?

Calendar access prevents booking conflicts and keeps moned sessions synchronized.

moned reads event timing from the Google Calendar you connect and stores imported events only as private busy-time blocks. It does not keep imported titles, descriptions, attendees, locations, conference links or raw Google event content.

moned creates, reschedules and cancels moned session events on that calendar. Calendar data is not used for advertising or to train generalized AI models.

You can disconnect Google Calendar from Calendar connections. This stops future synchronization and removes the associated connection data under the applicable retention process.

How do I report a concern?

Begin in the unified request flow and choose the route that matches the concern.

Use conduct reporting for abuse, misconduct or safety concerns.
Use product problem for bugs and technical failures.
Use privacy request for data rights or privacy concerns.
Use booking and payment issue for a transaction you own.
Use security disclosure for a suspected vulnerability.

Reports and evidence remain private and receive a safe, non-sequential reference. Access to a case is governed by reporter ownership and staff role.

What information and files should I include in a request?

Share only what the selected request needs and keep sensitive credentials out.

Describe the issue, the relevant time or page and the outcome you expected. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, payment credentials, government ID numbers or unrelated personal information.

Evidence is available only for supported request types. Accepted files remain private, are limited by the form's type and size rules, and stay quarantined until validation and malware scanning succeed.
