Who these terms apply to

These terms apply when an expert creates or manages a provider profile, offers a service, receives a booking request, or becomes eligible for a paid transaction through moned. They supplement the Terms of Use and the transaction record shown at checkout.

Underlying supplier

Where checkout identifies you as the underlying supplier, you contract with the customer for the identified service. moned acts as a disclosed marketplace and collection agent, unless the checkout record identifies a mandatory jurisdictional override.

You authorize moned and its payment processor to collect the customer payment for that booking. To the extent the payment is successfully received for the identified booking, collection through moned discharges the customer’s corresponding payment obligation to you, subject to a valid refund, dispute, reversal, statutory deduction, or correction.

Accurate application and service facts

You must provide accurate and complete application information and evidence, keep it current, and promptly correct a material error. This includes your identity, residence, establishments, qualifications, licences, insurance where applicable, performance locations, business and tax status, service classification, jurisdiction, and regulated status.

Material credential, capability, jurisdiction, service-scope, or standards changes may require a new attestation or review. False, misleading, missing, expired, or conflicting information may delay review or restrict your profile, transactions, or payouts.

Independent consultation responsibility

Each session is for sharing information, guidance, or lived experience within your published service scope. Be clear about relevant limits, correct material mistakes, and follow any professional duties that apply to your work.

Do not promise a specific outcome. When a question falls outside your approved scope, guide the user to the right qualified professional or official source. moned helps users choose through reviewed roles and clear service scope, while you remain responsible for the guidance you provide.

Taxes and statutory deductions

You remain responsible for your income tax, business registration, VAT or similar registration and returns, professional licences and obligations, and taxes not legally assigned to moned. You must obtain advice for your circumstances.

moned is responsible for tax on its commission, legally applicable marketplace reporting and seller due diligence, accurate transaction records, and collection, withholding, deduction, or remittance duties explicitly assigned to moned. A calculation or validation provider does not change this division. moned does not provide personal tax advice.

Invoicing on your behalf

Where the checkout record and approved corridor permit it, you authorize moned to create and make available invoices, credit notes, settlement statements, withholding certificates, or seller statements on your behalf using your verified information. You must review material errors promptly. Corrections preserve the original record and use linked reversals or replacements.

Commission, refunds, and payout

The booking record identifies the customer amount and moned commission. Your settlement may also reflect an approved refund, discount allocation, dispute, transfer reversal, withholding, or correction. A payout requires a finalized settlement and a positive payout-eligibility decision; an accepted booking does not guarantee immediate payout.

Seller reporting and cooperation

moned may collect, verify, retain, correct, and report seller information and transaction amounts under applicable platform-reporting rules. You must respond to required reminders. Where law requires restriction for missing information, moned may suspend new transactions or payouts until the issue is resolved through the governed process.

Supported services and corridors

Only an effective entry in Supported Transactions can make a paid provider corridor available. Discovery or registration country choices are not transaction authorization. Regulated, clinical, creator or intellectual-property, educational or event, and location-dependent services may require separate approval or remain excluded.

Attestation and review

Your application attestations are versioned records. moned may request a new confirmation after a material credential, jurisdiction, capability, service-scope, Provider Terms, or standards change. Refusing a required reconfirmation, or providing false information, may prevent new bookings or lead to proportionate account review.

Questions and corrections

Contact support@moned.ai for a profile, document, settlement, or reporting correction. Do not send complete tax identifiers by ordinary email.
